Site layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also featured in this new document disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a legend labelling different areas of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for dock shelters.
Further images disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
